How You Opt In: Our online booking form at the booking page provides a single SMS consent checkbox that is not checked by default. By checking the consent checkbox, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated transactional/service SMS/text messages regarding your catering inquiry, quotes, bookings, event updates, and customer support. The opt-in is optional and is never pre-selected. You may also opt in by texting a keyword to our designated number when available.
Types of Messages: Messages you may receive include:
• Booking confirmations (e.g., "Your catering booking for 6/15 has been confirmed!")
• Appointment reminders and event updates (e.g., "Reminder: Your Taco N Llamas event is in 48 hours.")
• Responses to catering inquiries and quote requests

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your booking activity.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to make a purchase, book a catering event, or use any of our services.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. We provide fire catering and event services through our brands Taco N Llamas and Sakura Hana Hibachi. Services include food preparation, delivery, on-site cooking, and full event catering as described in our packages.
Event bookings are subject to availability. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event date. All deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event date. Deposits are non-refundable. If we cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLDEN GARDEN USA INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and brand names, is the property of GOLDEN GARDEN USA INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
